The HT Catering Team


Henk Bos is the founder of HT Catering & Meats. He started the business with his wife, Tamara, in 2014. He completed his chef schooling in butchery, meat inspection and professional cooking. Henk owned a butcher shop for many years in Holland. Since moving to Canada, Henk has returned to his love of food. Henk and his team focus on preparing the best catering menus and Alberta meats for our customers.


Tamara Bos and her husband, Henk, are the founders of HT Catering & Meats. Tamara moved from Holland, where she worked many years in hotels and restaurants, developing her expertise in design and hospitality. She continues to use her experience in our displays and she works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly for your event. Tamara’s heart is in providing all our customers with a high level of presentation and service. 


Shelby Goedhart is a part owner of HT Catering & Meats. Shelby started at HT Catering & Meats in 2014 when the doors opened as a prep cook. He has completed the Professional Cooking Program at SAIT. Under the guidance of Henk, he has worked his way up and now manages the business. His goals are to ensure the freshest ingredients go into the highest quality food for our customers. Shelby married Nicole in 2022, and together they are implementing a modern deluxe take on food and working hard to uphold the high standards of HT Catering & Meats.


Nicole Goedhart is the newest member of the ownership team at HT Catering & Meats. Nicole started at HT Catering in 2021. Behind the scenes, Nicole has grown in many different positions in the company and works to ensure we give our best customer service to our amazing clientele. Her many years of customer service experience give her the skills to run our team of servers which creates a great presentation and personalization of every event we cater.

Our team works hard on location as well as behind the scenes to bring a high quality of presentation and professionalism to every event we cater. From our front office team, chefs, clean up crew and bakers/ pastry chefs to our serving staff in uniform at every event, we couldn't do it without them!
